About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Systematic. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll administration in Denmark and other countries.
  • Work closely with the Finance Department to reconcile payroll accounts and manage salary-related queries.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of payroll systems, including Microsoft D365, Lessor, SuccessFactors, and individual payroll provider systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree and experience in payroll and/or finance.
  • Ability to ensure accurate and compliant employment-related payments and deductions for all assigned countries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high focus on details.
  • Proven ability to work with Excel and create structured reports.
