Copenhagen, Denmark The LEGO Group Full time

Job Description

LI-KO1

Are you interested in creating a best-in-class LEGO Insiders Club membership experience for kids?

In this dynamic global role, you will define what membership means for kids, applying best practices and innovative thinking to serve the Builders of Tomorrow with the best of the LEGO Group. In shaping the LEGO Insiders Club, you will work closely with an extensive support network of teammates focused on grown-ups and LEGO Insiders.

Core responsibilities

  • Work in close partnership with the Membership & Personalisation and Grown-Ups Engagement teams to ensure the LEGO Insiders Club membership strategy aligns with the LEGO Insiders strategy and other corporate strategies; shape the LEGO Insiders Club value proposition and strategic priorities, with a focus on engagement with kids in owned channels and accountability for sign-ups, engagement, and retention
  • Together with these partner teams, activate the LEGO Insiders Club strategy, delivering value to kids that makes them feel recognized and valued; strengthen their relationship with the LEGO Group so it lasts a lifetime
  • Define meaningful benefits and rewards tied to the LEGO Group’s product portfolio and services, connecting this offering to the LEGO Group’s overall membership structure; partner closely with Product Groups, Gaming, Creative Play Lab, and Partnership teams to integrate offerings for kid members that enhance physical and digital play experiences
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Content, Product, and Community Management teams to deliver world-class online (and offline) engagement, including content, experiences, and campaigns that recruit, inspire, and enable members
  • Optimise the relevancy of the LEGO Group’s communication to and with kids, following strategic, brand, and safety guidelines
  • Drive continuous improvement of the membership offering and experience, monitoring and utilising membership metrics, member input, and industry trends

Play your part in our team succeeding

The Kids Engagement team is responsible for understanding children as an audience, setting and activating strategies (ecosystem, membership, engagement), and guiding cross-functional team execution to deliver value to children.

Do you have what it takes?

You're a positive, playful problem-solver who thrives guiding teammates and working independently. You're equally fluent talking to children and business-minded colleagues, and you’re passionate about making the world a better place for kids.

  • 5+ years of experience leading best-in-class global membership programs in an omni-channel context, delivering customer value and strong commercial results (kids-specific membership experience not required)
  • Experience with member communication, benefits & rewards, achievements & recognition, content & marketing strategy, personalisation, gamification, consumer testing
  • Ability to thrive in a complex stakeholder landscape; excellent collaboration skills with proven ability to lead through influence (rather than direct control and ownership)
  • Strong communication skills, including through visual presentation decks with data-driven rationale
  • Strong personal organization skills
  • Flexible with a can-do, self-starter attitude to make new things happen
  • Experience working on physical and/or digital products or experiences targeted towards kids / families (preferred)
