The Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for JDE customers, providing local customer services following established policies and procedures. The Operations function oversees the integration of key business processes from suppliers to customers, delivering products, services, and information that bring value to customers and stakeholders.

Joining us means you'll make a difference in a dynamic, collaborative setting. We operate as a team, sharing victories and supporting each other. Our team collaborates with various functions such as sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain to streamline processes and ensure optimal alignment between demand and supply.

Our Customer Service team offers comprehensive order processing and customer service support to ensure timely resolution of order and delivery issues, maintaining top-notch customer service standards consistently.

  • Process Customer Orders in line with set targets.
  • Achieve the target number of end-user customers.
  • Handle daily calls and inquiries as per established targets.
  • Process orders efficiently.
  • Address Customer Complaints.
  • Manage Stock Data.
  • Oversee Deliveries.
  • Handle Administrative tasks.
  • Evaluate Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and take necessary actions.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SAP and understanding of the Order-To-Cash process.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience in managing logistics inquiries from customers and 3rd party logistics suppliers.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Preferably experienced in problem analysis (5XWHY, RCA), problem-solving, and loss analysis.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language.
