The customer service specialist plays a crucial role as the initial contact for JDE customers, providing local customer services following set guidelines. The Operations function oversees the integration of essential business processes from suppliers to customers, delivering products, services, and information that enhance value for customers and stakeholders.

Working with us means making a difference in a dynamic, collaborative setting. We operate as a team, recognizing achievements and assisting one another. Our team consists of diverse individuals working together in an innovative environment committed to ethical practices globally.

In this role, you will collaborate with departments such as sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain to plan processes and ensure optimal alignment between demand and supply.

Our Customer Service team offers a comprehensive order processing and customer service facility to all clients. This ensures timely resolution of all order and delivery issues to maintain outstanding customer service standards at all times.

  • Process Customer Orders according to targets
  • Handle calls and inquiries daily as per defined targets
  • Resolve Customer Complaints
  • Perform Stock Data management
  • Manage Deliveries efficiently
  • Handle Administration tasks
  • Evaluate and take actions for Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP and understanding of the Order-To-Cash process
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Experience in addressing logistics inquiries from customers and 3rd party logistics suppliers
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Possess high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Preferably experienced in problem analysis, problem-solving, and loss analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language
