Senior Manager i Sales Operation

Om stillingenVores salgsafdeling har ansvaret for alt gruppesalg på vores passagerskibe. Vi servicerer både private og business-grupper fra både Norden og resten af verden, der booker direkte eller gennem rejsearrangører.
Du får base i Oslo eller København, hvor du skal lede et dedikeret team på 10 personer fordelt mellem København og Oslo. Med direkte reference til salgschefen i København bliver du en nøglespiller i vores fortsatte vækst og udvikling.
- Lede og udvikle teamet gennem målrettet coaching og regelmæssige en-til-en samtaler
- Optimere og implementere effektive arbejdsprocesser og retningslinjer
- Styre booking- og allotment-håndtering i samarbejde med Revenue og salgschefen
- Samarbejde tæt med vores kommercielle team om strategier og aktiviteter
- Bidrage til udviklingen af vores booking- og CRM-systemer
Der kan være mange indgange til en rolle som denne, og det behøver ikke nødvendigvis være fra vores egen branche. Vi forventer dog, at du besidder flere af nedenstående kompetencer:
- Har dokumenteret erfaring med ledelse og udvikling af teams
- Har stærke analytiske evner og sans for at optimere processer
- Evne til at sætte høje standarder og skabe struktur i en voksende organisation
- Stærke IT-kompetencer, særligt inden for Microsoft Office og bookingsystemer
- Erfaring med implementering af nye bookingsystemer er en fordel, da vi er i gang med at implementere et nyt system
- Evne til at trives i et hektisk miljø og bevare overblikket i travle perioder
