Din Mission
Som Head of Sales Operations vil du være ansvarlig for at udvikle og eksekvere virksomhedens salgsstrategi, med særlig fokus på at udvikle og udbygge vores salgsteam. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med vores Managing Director og andre ledere for at identificere vækstmuligheder og opbygge partnerskaber.
Den succesfulde kandidat vil være en dygtig sælger, strategisk tænker, stærk kommunikator og en hands-on leder, der er villig til at tage fat og arbejde tæt sammen med salgsteams for at nå vores ambitiøse mål.
Dine Opgaver
- Være med til at udvikle og implementere salgsstrategien
- Opbygge og lede højt præsterende salgsteams
- Sikre kontinuerlig opnåelse af targets og underliggende KPI’er
- Kontinuerligt forbedre salgsorganisationen gennem hands-on coaching, trænings- og udviklingsprogrammer
- Udvikle og implementere effektive salgsprocesser og rammer for at støtte virksomhedens vækst
- Opbygge og opretholde stærke relationer til kunder og partnere
- Analysere markedsudviklingen og komme med forslag til forbedringer af forretningsstrategien
- Samarbejde med andre afdelinger og drive tværfunktionelle initiativer
- Fremme en kultur for high performance, sense of urgency og we are always selling indenfor salgsorganisationen
- Identificere vækstmuligheder og opbygge strategiske partnerskaber med centrale interessenter
