Your responsibilities as Global Sales Coordinator

In your role as Global Sales Coordinator, your main focus will be achieving growth in the targeted markets by initiating and supporting the global sales efforts. This involves handling questions and inquiries from agents, distributors, and customers. Key aspects of the responsibilities are also to prepare offers for customers, follow up on offers, and to enter orders. The job can also include identifying leads and securing meetings.

You thrive in an entrepreneurial working environment, where individual initiative and ownership is key. You are customer-oriented and enjoy working with many cultures and nationalities. You have a good sense of detail and work with a focus on achieving results. You are looking for a part-time job with flexible timings.

You will be a key member of the small Port-Safety team of 4 people. Since our launch to market last year we have reached sales in 37 countries. Our network of Sales Partners is growing and is an essential part of our growth strategy.

Furthermore, we expect you to:

  1. Write and speak in English and Danish at the highest professional level.
  2. Have a good business understanding and a flair for numbers.
  3. Have a natural interest in international trade.
  4. Experience within sales, support, customer service and/or administrative work.
  5. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and excellent references from previous jobs.

  3. 15hrs per week with a flexible scheme. On average 1-2 days/week in the office, remote the other days of the week.
