Vi søger en Key Account Manager med fokus på relationssalg til at styrke vores team og udvikle langvarige kunderelationer inden for industrielle køle- og varmepumpe løsninger i Danmark. I denne rolle vil du arbejde strategisk og målrettet med henblik på at etablere Johnson Controls som foretrukken leverandør af industrielle køle- og varmepumpe løsninger til dine tildelte kunder.

Som Key Account Manager får du ansvar for:

  • At dyrke og administrere langsigtede relationer med entreprenører, konsulterende ingeniører og ejere. Dit mål vil være at blive den betroede rådgiver for disse kunder, sikre fastholdelse og maksimere fortjenesten gennem indflydelse på specifikationer og markedspriser.

  • Udvikle langvarige kunderelationer med tildelte kunder, entreprenører, konsulterende ingeniører eller virksomhedsejere.

  • Positionere Johnson Controls som foretrukken leverandør og blive den betroede/foretrukne rådgiver/leverandør - partner.

  • Samarbejde med andre salgsrepræsentanter i organisationen for at maksimere fortjenesten gennem indflydelse på specifikationer og markedspriser.

  • Drive salgsprocessen fra start til slut.

  • Udnytte salgsværktøjer til at planlægge, dokumentere fremskridt og øge forretningsmuligheder.

Den vi leder efter

  • Dokumenteret erfaring inden for salg, helst/gerne inden for energisektoren.

  • Stærke evner inden for relationsopbygning, herunder langvarige kunderelationer.

  • Har styr på salgsprocessen og evnen til at identificere og skabe salgsmuligheder.

  • Fremragende/Gode kommunikations- og forhandlingsevner.

  • Evne til at arbejde teamorienteret samt intern med andre afdelinger som projekt og serviceafdeling.

  • Villighed til at rejse efter behov.
