Vi befinder os i en spændende udviklingsfase, hvor vi opbygger og styrker vores salgsorganisation – og her får du som Head of Sales en nøglerolle i at sikre en resultatorienteret og motiverende salgsstruktur, der driver væksten for begge brands.
Som Head of Sales har du det overordnede ansvar for at opbygge, lede og drive salget i hele Danmark på tværs af EFKT & Zigna. Du bliver ansvarlig for at sikre, at vi har den rette salgsmæssige strategi, eksekvering og performance, samtidig med at du spiller en aktiv rolle i kundeforhold, samarbejde på tværs af organisationen og optimering af salgsprocesser.
Ansvarsområder:- Opbygge, lede og motivere et nyt salgsteam , hvor du skaber retning, fælles målsætninger og en stærk præstationskultur.
- Drive et selvstændigt kundeansvar for udvalgte nøglekunder , hvor du sikrer langsigtede relationer og strategiske samarbejder.
- Sikre en struktureret og resultatorienteret salgsindsats , hvor teamet arbejder målrettet med både nye og eksisterende kunder.
- Etablere et stærkt samspil med Marketing, Produktudvikling og Kundeservice , så der skabes en sammenhængende kommerciel strategi, hvor salg understøttes af effektive kampagner, skarpe løsninger og en stærk kundeoplevelse.
Du rapporterer direkte til Vice President for EFKT & Zigna og spiller en central rolle i at definere og drive den fremtidige vækststrategi.
Hvem er du?Vi søger en ambitiøs, strategisk og resultatorienteret salgsleder, der:
- ✓ Har solid erfaring med salg og ledelse inden for B2B , hvor du har opbygget, udviklet og drevet højtydende salgsteams.
- ✓ Er en handlekraftig salgsleder med stærk strategisk forståelse , der kan omsætte strategi til konkret eksekvering og sikre, at salgsteamet performer på højt niveau.
- ✓ Motiveres af at opbygge og udvikle et salgsteam , hvor du skaber struktur, retning og en stærk præstationskultur.
- ✓ Har skarpe kommunikations- og forhandlingsevner , der gør dig til en stærk leder, sparringspartner og kundeambassadør.
- ✓ Har en analytisk og datadrevet tilgang til performance management , og bruger salgsindsigter aktivt til at optimere resultater.
- ✓ Trives i et konkurrencepræget marked , hvor du driver vækst gennem en kombination af ledelse, strategi og operationel salgsindsats.
Erfaring fra ejendomsmæglerbranchen eller digitale markedsføringsløsninger vil være en fordel.
