About the job

Conference Manager is setting out to win the Swedish market, and as such, we're looking for an additional Sales Manager to join our team and ramp up our sales efforts. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will own and manage your pipeline and play a big part in Conference Manager's success

In other words, you will:

  1. Own and manage all stages of your sales funnel.
  2. Manage your own portfolio of leads, both in-bound and out-bound.
  3. Manage and structure your own pipeline.
  4. Negotiate and close contracts with new customers.

You will be based out of our HQ in Virum, Denmark as one of our employees working on the Swedish market, meaning you will play a key role in Conference Manager succeeding with our expansion to Sweden.

The ideal candidate

Our next colleague is a natural relationship builder who loves to proactively seek out new customers. In addition, we imagine that you have:

  1. Proven B2B sales experience with great results.
  2. A true hunter mentality and talent for turning a "no" into a "yes"
  3. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written as well as spoken.
  4. A natural tech-savviness and proven ability to explain the benefits of software solutions.
  5. A naturally proactive attitude – when inbound leads are slow, you take initiative to identify and create opportunities through other means.
  6. A structured approach to documenting outreach activities and managing your pipeline.
  7. A can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven scale-up environment.
