Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Regional Sales Manager with maritime and technical insight to join our dynamic team.

The role involves managing and expanding our sales activities across a defined geographic area, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within your assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including shipowners, shipyards, and technical managers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to clients regarding lubrication solutions.
  • Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Represent G&O Maritime Group at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Report regularly on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the maritime or technical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of lubrication systems, maritime equipment, or related technical products.
  • Ability to travel extensively (50-60 days per year) within the assigned area.
  • EU work permits are mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex systems.
