Who Are We Looking For?

We're seeking a dedicated, experienced Customer Success Specialist with a technical mindset to join us. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and having a solid aptitude for problem-solving and experience with technical products, then our team and a pleasant office in Odense are waiting for you

You Have:

  • Years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a strong sense of responsibility for the product and customers.
  • Strong written and oral Danish and English proficiency, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • An understanding of technical products, particularly SaaS , with proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience in working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • The capability to proactively pursue positive customer feedback, testimonials, and referrals due to exceeded satisfaction.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

You will:

  • Maintain and grow MRR for Skyfish customers.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the amount of Skyfish customers.
  • Work closely with your counterpart who manages Colourbox.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to understand needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure maximum value from our products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to address customer needs and drive solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features/services to existing customers.
  • Monitor customer metrics to identify potential churn risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure internal training of Skyfish to colleagues.
