Primært Ansvarsområde
Du kommer primært til at støtte salgsafdelingen i deres administrative arbejde samt være ansvarlig for en række selvstændige opgaver. Fælles for de fleste af opgaverne er, at de dels er rutineprægede og dels ad hoc. Alle opgaver kræver præcision, sans for detaljer, overblik og flair for systemer.
Arbejdsopgaver
- Styring af fakturaprocessen fra modtagelse til elektronisk arkivering
- Registrering af fakturaer i kampagneplaner
- Bevis for performance på kampagner
- Oprettelse af hensættelser i SAP og løbende opdateringer
- Fotoprøver/billedefiler til kundernes tilbudskataloger osv.
- Udtræk af data fra forskellige datakilder
- Opdatering af forskellige Excel-filer
- Generel støtte til salgsoperationer
- Ad hoc
Nødvendig erfaring
- Du har flair for systemer/IT og erfaring med MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Kendskab til SAP er en fordel
- Du er struktureret, selvstændig, ansvarlig, engageret og fleksibel
- Du er en ansvarlig holdspiller med en naturlig interesse for at hjælpe andre
- Du er serviceminded af natur og nyder rutineopgaver såvel som uforudsete udfordringer
- Du skal tale flydende dansk og have et godt kendskab til engelsk
