Rådgivning og salg af kvalitetsmåleudstyr
Buhl & Bønsøe oplever fortsat vækst og søger endnu en kollega til salgs- og marketingteamet. Som Account Manager refererer du til Head of Sales, og du bliver en del af et team med 9 engagerede kolleger, som har et rigtig godt og tæt dagligt samarbejde.

Buhl & Bønsøe rådgiver om og sælger måleudstyr til en lang række forskellige brancher. I din rolle vil du have primært fokus på pharma/biotek- og laboratoriesegmentet, og i din hverdag er du opsøgende og proaktiv overfor både nuværende og potentielle kunder. I teamet hjælper man hinanden, hvorfor du også vil komme til at beskæftige dig med andre brancher.

Til daglig befinder du dig på Buhl & Bønsøes kontor i Smørum. Virksomheden forstår vigtigheden af at komme godt i gang fra start, og derfor sørger de også for et grundigt onboarding- og uddannelsesforløb, så du er klædt godt på til opgaven – både når det gælder kunder, produkter, salgsteknik og systemer. Du vil til enhver tid også møde god backup fra dine erfarne kolleger i teamet, som altid er klar med en hjælpende hånd, vejledning og sparring.

Holdspiller med gode samarbejdsevner
Du har erfaring fra en ekstern eller intern rolle med rådgivning og salg af tekniske produkter eller serviceydelser. Det kan være, du allerede har erfaring med salg til pharma, men det kan også være, du er relativt nyuddannet, har erfaring med salg og lyst til næste skridt i karrieren.

Uanset udgangspunkt har du lyst til at udvikle og udfordre dig selv i et team, som værdsætter holdånd, gode samarbejdsevner og humor.

Som person er du positiv, engageret og en ægte holdspiller. Du har gode kommunikationsevner og er god til at lytte og stille de rigtige spørgsmål. Du taler og skriver fejlfrit dansk og kan se det positive i at bruge et CRM-system, som det vigtigste værktøj i hverdagen.
