As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be integral in supporting our Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales, contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance our sales performance and integration across multiple brands and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project management: Lead and support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
  2. Operational & Tactical Support: Follow up on tactical initiatives to provide the SVP Sales with a comprehensive, fact-based overview of ongoing initiatives.
  3. Quantitative analysis: Conduct quantitative analysis to support the SVP Sales with the creation of data-driven business cases and decision material for senior management.
  4. Business processes: Define and document business processes to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
  5. Change management and implementation: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems (e.g. CRM, web-solutions, power BI), and further oversee system adaptability, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data entry in close collaboration with the Business Development team.
  6. Stakeholder management: Manage and navigate stakeholder relationships across various functional areas and managerial levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  7. KPI Monitoring: Collaborate with Regional Directors to gather and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing the SVP Sales with an accurate and timely overview.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role and proven experience with driving cross-functional projects with a strong commercial focus.
  2. Experience from working in a commercial setting (e.g. sales) and understand how to translate business objectives into revenue initiatives.
  3. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to monitoring progress and maintaining project alignment with business goals.
  4. Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience creating decision materials for senior stakeholders.
  5. Solid understanding of business processes and experience in process documentation, implementation, and change management.
  6. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various functional areas and managerial levels.
  7. Technical proficiency in Excel, Think-Cell, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and Power BI.
  8. High level of integrity, capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  9. Fluency in English.
