We're looking for an Enterprise Account Development Manager to join our Sales team in Denmark. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving our continued growth by winning new business and nurturing strong relationships with our great customers.

The RoleAs an Enterprise Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving our continued growth by winning new business and nurturing strong relationships with our great customers. You will cover customers in all of Denmark; however, the majority of your key accounts will be in Jutland.
- Create new business opportunities: Take the initiative to discover new ways to expand our customer portfolio and set goals to make the Danish team perform even better.
- Build & retain relationships: Develop and maintain strong bonds with our customers, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
- Understand customer & market needs: Gain deep insights into our customers' business goals and cybersecurity requirements.
- Drive growth: Identify chances to expand existing partnerships through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with our teams to ensure we deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and report: Keep an eye on customer satisfaction, account performance, and market trends, and share your insights with the team.
- You have solid experience within the cybersecurity industry.
- You have a minimum of 5–10 years of proven success as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, ideally within cybersecurity.
- You are a strong communicator, capable of building and maintaining long-lasting, trusting relationships.
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You are organized and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You approach challenges with a solution-driven mindset and remain composed under pressure.
- You have experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot).
- You are fluent in both Danish and English at a business level.
