About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director - DACH Region to join our sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the DACH region and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our sales efforts in the DACH region and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of complex software solutions and ability to communicate their value to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools, such as CRM systems.
