Strategic Sales Director for Adobe Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as Strategic Sales Director for Adobe Experience Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, particularly within Adobe, AEM, and content supply chain offerings.
They will work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to align client needs with Merkle's Adobe solutions and partner with Adobe's sales and alliances teams to drive joint deals and co-sell opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing our growth strategy, shaping tailored solutions for public sector clients, and leading high-quality, strategic responses to public tenders and framework agreements.
Requirements:- A proven sales leader with a strong track record in enterprise software sales, particularly within Adobe, AEM, and content supply chain offerings.
- Deeply connected within the industry, with a strong network of Adobe contacts and enterprise decision-makers.
- Comfortable operating in a highly competitive, fast-paced sales environment with a strong hunter mentality.
- Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and building proactive business cases.
- A strategic thinker who can translate market needs into sales opportunities and effectively position Merkle's Adobe capabilities.
