Danelec is a leading player in the maritime industry, specializing in innovative solutions that enhance vessel performance, safety, and efficiency. As the Sales Director, Digital Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our SaaS business by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and strategically positioning our solutions in the maritime market.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Danelec Connect's onshore ship performance offering, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay at the forefront of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape within the maritime SaaS domain.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, technical pre-sales, CX, and our integration/service delivery team to ensure alignment between client needs and solution offerings.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
