About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Account Management function in Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their overall satisfaction with Trustpilot products, and driving adoption and renewal.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including customer executives, product teams, and internal support.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive ROI and ensure premium experiences for our clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and progress meetings to understand customer objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs back to Trustpilot's internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Upsell Trustpilot's products and discover new revenue opportunities by leveraging customer insights and market trends.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of SME and Enterprise customer accounts with a focus on achieving high renewal/retention rates.
  • A consistent track record of hitting targets in similar capacity over the past few years.
  • Demonstrated experience with subscription-based, renewal license models.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adept at uncovering new revenue opportunities.
