Key Account Specialist for Merchant Partnerships

As a Key Account Specialist for Merchant Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with both restaurants and retail partners (merchants) on the Wolt platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that menu assortments are updated in a timely and accurate manner, reflecting the Wolt brand standards.
Your tasks will involve working closely with merchants to resolve any issues related to hardware malfunctions, providing support and troubleshooting services to guarantee optimal operational performance. By doing so, you will help create a seamless experience for our merchants, guiding them towards self-service while equipping them with the necessary tools to prevent future problems.
To excel in this role, you will need to be proficient in managing high volumes of work efficiently, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and raise the bar in terms of quality and productivity. As an integral part of the Wolt team, you will contribute to setting the highest standards in both quality and efficiency, playing a crucial role in establishing great business relationships with our merchants.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating, updating, and maintaining menus/assortments for all active merchant partners, ensuring consistency with the Wolt brand identity.
- Providing exceptional support and troubleshooting services for gear and equipment-related issues to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Guiding merchants towards self-service, educating them on best practices, and offering guidance on how to collaborate effectively with Wolt regarding their assortments.
- Sharing expertise and best practices within the team to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
