Food Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Food Sales Account Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in the public sector and canteens, driving business growth and efficiency through culinary expertise and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Win new accounts and retain top customers in public sector and canteens by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Keep track of new tenders and securing UFS's products through dialogue with wholesalers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate yearly customer contracts and secure counterparts on behalf of Unilever, maintaining a strong partnership.
- Regularly visit customers to provide need-based selling, culinary consulting, and kitchen economy guidance, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan and execute trade fairs and customer workshops (inspiration days in UFS or customer kitchen) to showcase products and services.
KPIs:
- Country target reach - turnover & top 10 volume growth
- Reach & penetration in new tenders
- # customer visits, workshops & trade fairs – own and together with district managers
Requirements:
- Educated chef with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
- A proactive and creative problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Salary: Estimated salary is between €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Language: Scandinavian speaker, English an advantage.
