The LEGO Group seeks a skilled CRM Lifecycle Specialist to boost member engagement and retention. Reporting to the Director CRM Proposition & Personalisation, you will manage and assist on CRM lifecycles and trigger programmes to deliver reasons to visit and buy across LEGO branded channels.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will design and implement CRM lifecycle strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth. With at least 2 years of experience in CRM campaign operations or a similar role, you will leverage your expertise to craft personalized, impactful lifecycle programs that resonate with customers at key moments.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement CRM lifecycle strategies to boost member engagement and retention.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to refine CRM campaigns.
  • Segment audiences to deliver personalized, relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Membership & Personalisation team on broader strategies.
  • Develop campaign briefs and partner with the CRM Hub for execution.
  • Catalogue and manage CRM lifecycles and trigger programs, prioritising them for development and execution.


About You:
You are a positive, problem-solving individual who thrives both in team settings and independently. If you're driven, good at building relationships, and excel at influencing those around you, we want to hear from you. Your hands-on experience managing and executing CRM campaigns is essential, as well as familiarity with CRM platforms and tools (Salesforce is a plus). Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, are also crucial.

  • A competitive salary of approximately €65,000 - €80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
