Join our team

We're seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our thriving Nordic sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue in the Nordics.

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for growing our presence in the market through consultative sales approaches. You'll prospect, build strong relationships, and onboard new customers in your territory. Your passion for sales, combined with your expertise in building customer relationships, will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge introducing SUPERB to restaurants in your territory
  • Oversight of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outbound sales efforts
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and approach each conversation with a consultative mindset
  • Collaborate with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to effectively position SUPERB as a leader in the industry
  • Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities efficiently

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a closing sales role
  • Proven track record of cold-calling success into various types of local businesses (desired)
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations or a genuine interest in the industry (desired)
  • Fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian
  • You must reside in Copenhagen or its surrounding areas and be willing to travel for customer meetings
  • High energy levels and excellent relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mentality

We offer a competitive salary

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately $80,000-$100,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
