We are seeking a Commercial Co-Founder to lead our sales and partnerships efforts at PILLAR. As a key member of our founding team, you will develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, enterprise clients, and corporate mobility partners.
- Lead sales efforts, negotiate deals, and manage key client relationships.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the HRTech or SaaS sectors.
- Strong network in HR, enterprise, or corporate mobility sectors.
- Experience in fundraising and pitching to investors is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take ownership, build from scratch, and drive results.
- Hands-on approach, comfortable in both strategic and execution roles in an early-stage startup.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Equity-based co-founder position, a significant stake in a high-potential startup.
