Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Support Associate to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our Nordic sales support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to wholesalers, installers, technicians, architects, and consumers across the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain high levels of support within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Order management, placing and changing orders according to corporate guidelines, to meet customer needs efficiently
  • Create availability requests for customer escalations, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Handle credit notes, returns, and customer claims with precision and accuracy
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and follow-up
  • Improve customer service processes together with the Operation Manager & Supply Chain, driving continuous improvement and excellence
  • Handle and solve incoming requests and calls from customers, addressing their concerns and queries effectively
  • Follow up on old orders (backlog), project orders, and secure deliveries, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress
  • Become the internal knowledge bank within the area of Customer Service support, providing expert guidance and advice to colleagues
  • Support colleagues with information and answers to questions within your area of expertise, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure cases are answered within a given time in the Customer Service Desktop (CSD) application, including case cleansing, to maintain efficient workflow
  • Document, follow, and share routines and processes to improve customer service, promoting best practices and continuous learning
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or industry, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and support
  • Technical understanding and proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English; another Scandinavian language is a plus (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
  • Good communicator and passionate team player with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Able to take responsibility and work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location

This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with opportunities to work collaboratively with teams across the Nordic region.
