About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our industrial refrigeration sales in South-West Europe. As a trusted advisor, you'll drive growth, develop strong customer relationships, and transform our sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all markets in the region.
  • Build and maintain direct customer relationships across all countries in the region, leveraging local sales teams.
  • Organize and lead field sales teams and sales back offices to deliver high-quality performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Key Account Managers to set account targets and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and pricing.
  • Work with local Sales Managers on sales enablement programs, campaigns, opportunities pipeline management, and demand planning.
  • Partner with Solutions and Service Managers to align on field productivity initiatives, sales growth strategies, and service sales growth.
  • Continuously improve business processes and reactivity to meet customer needs.
