Strategic Partnership Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, business development, or channel sales, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partner strategies to expand business opportunities and deliver revenue growth through partner channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage partner agreements, renewals, and negotiations to optimize mutual business value.
- Design and implement partner programs, including incentives, certifications, and marketing support, to attract and retain high-performing partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales, preferably within the technology, industrial IoT, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable revenue impact.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms.
