About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Dixa. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to our mission of delivering effortless customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized success plans for clients, leveraging our Conversational Customer Service Platform to drive adoption and maximize retention.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to mitigate churn and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs within the organization and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, deliver solutions, and capitalize on expansion opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools and platforms (e.g., CRM & CSM software).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
