Customer Success Manager for French Market

We're looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
As a key member of our Account Management function, you will be responsible for customer retention and growth in the French market. This involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and ensuring that Trustpilot delivers against their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large portfolio of SME and Enterprise customer accounts, with a focus on achieving high renewal/retention rates. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain genuine relationships with multiple stakeholders.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' businesses and help them derive maximum value from Trustpilot's products. You will also be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish relationships with customers to ensure overall satisfaction with Trustpilot products
- Ensure premium experience for clients by understanding their business needs and KPIs
- Convey best practice examples to promote ROI
- Ensure Trustpilot becomes a value-adding partner in targeted accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs back to internal teams
- Successfully upsell Trustpilot's products and discover new revenue opportunities
- Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
**What We Offer:**

**Requirements:**
- Fluent in French and English language
