About the Role

As a Strategic Customer Development Manager at ScanCom International A/S, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer growth and development. Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with key customers, providing them with tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively manage and develop existing and new customers through innovative propositions and internal liaisons. You will also be responsible for ensuring the implementation of business strategies focused on growth and contribution generation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage business portfolios/territories/business according to agreed sales strategies and approved sales targets/activity plans per fiscal year.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ensuring the implementation of business strategies with focus on growth and contribution generation.
  • Analyze market trends and behaviors and responsible for market research and product development briefs presented bi-annually to the Group CCO, Head of Design, and product implementation.
  • Visible and available to build customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Sales and marketing experience in B2B.
  • Handling of customer relationship management.
  • Handling of sales activities with limited economic resources and punctual care.
  • Strong customer communication and relationship skills, strong public speaking and presentation skills, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • You are a creative and hands-on person who takes pride in taking ownership of the business and its external stakeholders.
  • You have a high degree of entrepreneurship.
  • You are goal-oriented and possess a high drive.
Working Conditions:

This role is based in Copenhagen HQ office, Denmark, with an expected presence of 2-3 days per week. The remaining days can be worked from home. Approximately 45-55 days of travel per year are anticipated.

About the Salary

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 120,000 EUR per annum, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. This figure is subject to negotiation and may vary based on individual circumstances.
