Business Development Manager for Strategic Partnerships in Denmark

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Partner Success Nordics team at Benify. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and increase sales by developing and managing commercial relationships with Benefit Partners in our Marketplace.
About the JobAs a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting tailored commercial strategies for each partner, using precise forecasting to achieve targets and optimize partner revenue. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with new and established partners, actively seeking out potential partners, and introducing targeted marketing initiatives to boost results and partner offerings.
This is a dynamic environment where you will thrive, driven by achieving and exceeding goals. You will excel at connecting with internal teams and external partners, fostering trusted, long-lasting partnerships. As a customer-focused professional, you consistently prioritize client needs and strive to provide tailored solutions.
About YouWe are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience managing B2B Partnerships or working within B2B Sales, focusing on Digital Sales. Expertise in Account Management, Sales & Strategic Planning is essential. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian is required. A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent is considered a plus for this role.
