Sales Channel Development Manager - Distribution Sales

På vegne af KOMPAN søger vi en Sales Channel Development Manager, som skal være ansvarlig for distributørsalg og forretningsudvikling i Europa samt Central- og Sydamerika. Du skal lede teams og medarbejdere på disse markeder og sikre salgs- og markedsudvikling på dine kernemarkeder gennem struktureret udvikling af eksisterende og fremtidige samarbejdspartnere/distributører.

Ansvarsområder
  • Administration og samarbejde med en portefølje af distributører
  • Optimering af overskud, salgsvolumen og driftseffektivitet
  • At drive volumenvækst og opnå målsætninger i samarbejde med distributører
  • Gennemføre årlige forhandlinger og lokale forretningsplaner
  • Fremme partnerskabsrelationer
  • Promovere bevidstheden om KOMPANs globale premium brand
Krav
  • Besidder du tværkulturel forståelse og interesse
  • Har du færdigheder i at opbygge og vedligeholde langvarige kunderelationer
  • Er du løsningsorienteret og drevet af udvikling
  • Behersker du dansk og engelsk på professionelt niveau
Arbejdsvilkår

Du skal forvente ca. 30-50 rejsedage årligt, og har primært din daglige gang på hovedkontoret i Odense — minimum tre gange ugentligt.
