Kan du udvikle en model for distributørudvikling i KOMPAN og lede distributionssalget i mere end 25 lande?

På vegne af KOMPAN søger vi en Sales Channel Development Manager, som skal være ansvarlig for distributørsalg og forretningsudvikling i Europa samt Central- og Sydamerika. Opgaven bliver at lede teams og medarbejdere på disse markeder, som alle spiller en vigtig rolle i den komplekse proces med distributørsalg af KOMPANs produkter.

Sales Channel Development Manager – Distribution Sales

Med reference til den globale salgsdirektør og som en del af den internationale salgsledelse for Rest of World, bliver du ansvarlig for at sikre salgs- og markedsudvikling på dine kernemarkeder gennem struktureret og målrettet udvikling af eksisterende og fremtidige samarbejdspartnere/distributører. Dette sker med udgangspunkt i solide strategiplaner og professionel support i salgseksekveringen.

Derudover er du, i tæt samarbejde med den globale salgsdirektør, ansvarlig for at udvikle og implementere KOMPANs fremtidige distributørsalgsmodel, som vil danne grundlag for den fortsatte eksportvækst, ved at facilitere salgsudvikling og vækstplaner i hele området.

Global salgs- og personaleledelse

Du får seks medarbejdere i direkte referencer og et samlet team på 10 medarbejdere, der alle supporterer distributørsalget globalt. Teamet arbejder inden for design og visualisering, marketing, regionalt salg og salgssupport.

Af dine andre væsentlige nøgleopgaver kan nævnes:

  • Administration og samarbejde med en portefølje af distributører
  • Optimering af overskud, salgsvolumen og driftseffektivitet på området
  • At drive volumenvækst og opnå målsætninger i samarbejde med distributører og agenter
  • Gennemføre årlige forhandlinger og lokale forretningsplaner
  • Fremme partnerskabsrelationer
  • Promovere bevidstheden om KOMPANs globale premium brand og produkter på markederne

International profil med erfaring fra og passion for koncept/projektsalg

Du har erfaring med distributørsalg og gerne salgsledelse i en global virksomhed. Du har en uddannelse inden for salg/teknik og har en dokumenteret track record inden for konceptuelt projektsalg direkte og/eller gennem distributører.

Du har været med til at sætte den strategiske retning og sikre eksekvering af planer og mål i en kompleks salgsproces, ideelt set i en projektsælgende organisation.

Din baggrund kan være fra en lignende branche som legepladser, udendørsområder, fitnessudstyr eller fra en beslægtet branche med premium-produkter til byggeri/konstruktion/industri generelt med fokus på specifikationssalgsprocesser.

Du har lederkompetencer og sætter en ære i at guide dit team og dine medarbejdere til at nå deres potentiale.

  • Besidder du tværkulturel forståelse og interesse — du brænder for markedsforskelle og krav på tværs af grænser
  • Har du færdigheder i at opbygge og vedligeholde langvarige kunderelationer
  • Er du løsningsorienteret, ser muligheder og er drevet af udvikling og opnåelse af målene, der giver mere leg og aktiv levevis til mennesker globalt
  • Behersker du dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt, på professionelt niveau

Du skal forvente ca. 30-50 rejsedage årligt, og ellers har du primært din daglige gang på hovedkontoret i Odense — minimum tre gange ugentligt — hvorfor det forventes, at du har eller tager bopæl i hensigtsmæssig køreafstand hertil.
