Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team in Denmark. The successful candidate will be based in Copenhagen and will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to accelerate customer success and identify new business opportunities.
- Motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to implement sales strategies and achieve quarterly/annual goals.
- Lead the development of impactful big data and AI use cases and prove their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Support the broader big data and AI transformation goals of customers through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical or software direct sales, or Databricks knowledge.
- Longevity with previous employers.
- Quota over-achievement when selling complex software and services to Enterprise accounts.
- Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based subscription services (SaaS) and co-selling with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams.
- Methods for co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and process.
- Experience developing partnerships with 'champions' and client teams to support execution of territory plans.
- Experience developing a clear partner strategy and implementing it to achieve success.
- Understanding of consumption-based, land, and expand sales models.
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in Swedish or Danish is desired.
