Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive sales growth and expansion in Central Europe.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and distributors to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and effective issue resolution.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a first-line sales manager with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable sales success at an individual level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage through influence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with B2B customers.
