Hos FLAIR søger vi en erfaren salgsrepræsentant til at udvide vores markedsandele indenfor vikar- og rekrutteringsydelser. Du vil være med til at identificere salgsmuligheder og potentiale for vækst, og du vil være en del af et team med store ambitioner.
Udfordringer og ansvarsområder
Denne stilling indebærer salg af vikar- eller rekrutteringsydelser til eksisterende såvel som potentielle nye kunder. Du vil være ansvarlig for booking og afholdelse af salgsmøder, opfølgning på salg og besøg hos kunder. Du vil også være med til at vedligeholde eksisterende markedsandele samt udvide nye.
Krav og kvalifikationer
Vi søger en person med erfaring fra en lignende stilling, der har en god forståelse for salgsprocessen og kan bidrage med et netværk. Du skal være proaktiv og effektiv, og du skal have en god kommunikationsevne. Vi vægter også, at du har en god forståelse for kunderelationer og kan opbygge gode og langvarige relationer.
