Hos Flair søger vi en erfaren Sales Manager, der kan opbygge og fastholde vigtige relationer til eksisterende og nye kunder. Du vil være med til at udvide vores markedsandele indenfor vikar- og rekrutteringsydelser og arbejde med kunder både nationalt og internationalt.

Ansvarsområder:

  • Salgsarbejde og opbygning af vigtige relationer til kunder.
  • Identificering og udnyttelse af salgsmuligheder og potentielle vækstområder.
  • Føring af salgsprocessen til en succesfuld afslutning.
  • Opbygning og fastholdelse af et stærkt kundeservice team.

Krav:

Vi søger en erfaren Sales Manager, der har erfaring fra en lignende stilling og kan bidrage med et netværk. Du skal have en god forståelse for salgsprocessen, herunder udbud, tilbud og forhandling. Du skal være proaktiv, effektiv og have et stort pågåmod.
