Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Sales Manager for Womenswear to join our Cross Border Online team. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for building and executing strategies to grow both VERO MODA and your key accounts. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, ensuring customers have the right product package, and positioning VERO MODA as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for each customer
  • Sell collections and express products, ensuring they meet the customer's needs
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives to ensure key account success
  • Continuously optimise and develop collaboration strategies
  • Work with Design and Buying teams to get the best product range
  • Boost express collaboration with major cross-border online customers

Requirements:
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record
  • Solid product knowledge and trend insight, especially in womenswear fashion
  • Experience in proactive sales to international customers in the fashion industry
  • Good understanding of KPIs and strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
  • Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills
Salary and Benefits
