Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR Business partner of country managers, ensuring seamless employee experience journeys.
  • Drive and implement the People agenda in respective countries, managing all Human Resources activities and priorities for country teams.
  • Oversee Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Employment Law/Legal Compliance, Performance Management, Team Trainings, Learning Sessions, and promoting Unilever's Learning Agenda.
  • Maintain effective employee relations through regular connections with employees in their functional organization.

Requirements:

  • Action-oriented, taking ownership to positively influence end results.
  • Proactive approach to improving employee experience.
  • 3+ years of HR experience in the country, preferably with knowledge of employee relations and country regulations.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural and matrix organizations.
