The Role
Are you a team player with a passion for driving commercial business activities? We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Execution team at Novo Nordisk.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales team, including coordinating team activities, managing admin tasks, and ensuring the timely delivery of needles and samples.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive team-related activities, including Cycle Meetings and team meetings, to support a fun and high-performing team
- Support Sales team members in Denmark with contract handling and ensure timely signatures from internal and external employees
- Monitor stock levels of needles and communicate with Field Sales Managers and Key Account Managers on status and expected delivery
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in assistant or coordinator roles
- Proven ability to work systematically, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
