Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive and execute the renewal process for a portfolio of Kahoot customers, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions.
  2. Diligently and consistently uncover expansion and upsell opportunities to grow the portfolio.
  3. Create insights and overview of upcoming renewals in advance and collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to secure successful renewals and reduce churn risk.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their renewal needs.
  5. Collaborate with customers to understand their company needs and business case, and negotiate renewal terms and pricing.
  6. Execute necessary commercial agreements/amendments of the renewals or expansions.
  7. Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  8. Ensure renewals flow correctly into our core systems, maintain data hygiene, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  9. Keep track of renewal metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales and Finance teams, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Weekly forecasting and reporting on expected revenue and potential upsides.
  11. Identify relevant stakeholders and build business cases that convince customers to keep investing in Kahoot solutions.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in account management/renewals within value-based B2B SaaS sales, working with enterprise customers.
  2. Proven success in managing a large portfolio of accounts, prioritizing, securing large expansions, and driving customer growth.
  3. Project and change management skills with past successes in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Strong commercial and business acumen, with a hands-on approach.
  5. Skilled at engaging decision-makers and key stakeholders, building lasting relationships.
  6. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  7. Structured and data-driven mindset.
  8. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  9. Energized by a performance, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  10. Can relate to our Commercial Mantras: Professionalism, Pro-Activity, Sense of urgency, Trust, Accountability, Collaboration, and Prioritization.
  11. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
