Subscription Revenue Optimization Lead

Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute the renewal process for a portfolio of Kahoot customers, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions.
- Diligently and consistently uncover expansion and upsell opportunities to grow the portfolio.
- Create insights and overview of upcoming renewals in advance and collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to secure successful renewals and reduce churn risk.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their renewal needs.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their company needs and business case, and negotiate renewal terms and pricing.
- Execute necessary commercial agreements/amendments of the renewals or expansions.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to customer onboarding and ongoing support.
- Ensure renewals flow correctly into our core systems, maintain data hygiene, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Keep track of renewal metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales and Finance teams, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Weekly forecasting and reporting on expected revenue and potential upsides.
- Identify relevant stakeholders and build business cases that convince customers to keep investing in Kahoot solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management/renewals within value-based B2B SaaS sales, working with enterprise customers.
- Proven success in managing a large portfolio of accounts, prioritizing, securing large expansions, and driving customer growth.
- Project and change management skills with past successes in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with a hands-on approach.
- Skilled at engaging decision-makers and key stakeholders, building lasting relationships.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Structured and data-driven mindset.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Energized by a performance, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
