12Build is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads, recognizing opportunities for market expansion, and building strong relationships with prospects and partners.

We are looking for someone who is analytically strong, has strong commercial and strategic insight, and can communicate effectively at multiple levels. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position is required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on strategic partnerships and market growth. They will be able to think critically and strategically, with a deep understanding of the construction industry and its digitalization trends.
