Sales Growth Specialist

This role is a unique opportunity to join adidas Europe and shape the future of the sporting goods industry. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be based in Denmark and responsible for managing our club portfolio in the region.
You'll need to be a proven people person with a strong business acumen and mindset. Working in an existing team of 12 Team Sales reps in the Nordics, you'll be focused on stakeholder engagement and managing relationships at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow our market share and contribute to our ambitious game plan
- Manage our club portfolio in Denmark
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5 years in sales, ideally with wholesale / Team Sales focus
- A true people person who can inspire, motivate and set clear goals
- Likes building long-term business plans and relationships
