Regional Sales Director with a Focus on Decanter Technology

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH seeks a skilled Regional Business Manager to lead our water and waste business. This critical role involves driving growth, improving profitability, and building strong partnerships with our sales companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the development and implementation of strategies to enhance our decanter water and waste portfolio sales.
- Support technical and commercial negotiations with sales companies to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
- Lead the coaching and motivation of our global sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Facilitate long-term competence development within our sales companies by providing relevant training and resources.
- Collaborate with product management to introduce new products and services tailored to market demands.
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in business management, including strategy development and implementation.
- Combination of technical and strategic expertise to drive success.
- Understanding of wastewater processes and applications.
- Background in mechanical rotating equipment, particularly separation equipment.
- Proficiency in digital sales tools and effective communication skills.
