The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and administratively skilled individual to join our sales team in Aarhus. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating tasks for our markets in Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, France, the UK, and Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order processing, follow up on order and stock status, distribution, and complaints
  • Provide administrative support to customers, sales representatives, and managers
  • Prepare price lists, assortments, and other sales materials
  • Coordinate sales meetings and events

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and results-driven. You have a sales-oriented mindset and excel in teamwork, thriving in an outward-facing role where you can build and nurture relationships. Ideally, you have knowledge of the fashion industry and are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Fluency in German is an advantage.
