Compliance and Contract Professional for the Nordic Region

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance and Contract Specialist to join our team in the Nordics. In this role, you will support the sales company with contract review and negotiation, ensuring compliance with minimum standards.
Key Responsibilities- Review sales contracts, quotes, and purchase agreements to ensure compliance with corporate best practices.
- Negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other contracts.
- Evaluate operational, legal, and regulatory risks.
- Coordinate with Group Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management teams.
To succeed in this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in law and at least five years of experience reviewing and negotiating complex contracts in a technical or industrial setting. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Danish and/or Swedish.
