Stila A/S is seeking a seasoned Field Sales Manager to join their sales organization in Rødovre, Copenhagen. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
- Lead and coach sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales support and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to sales team members
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management
- Strong business acumen and commercial drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Fluent in Danish and excellent written and verbal English communication skills
