We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partnership Advisor to join our Global Foundations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strengthening our capacity to maintain and grow relationships with International Foundations.
Main Responsibilities- Take the lead in fundraising processes, from mapping and scoping opportunities to proposal development and grant management.
- Develop and maintain existing partnerships with International Foundations, identifying new opportunities and mobilizing funds for DRC.
- Lead on partnership engagement, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deepen strategic partnerships between International Foundations and DRC.
- Research and analyze donor trends and priorities, providing strategic advice to managers within DRC.
- Develop protocols for sharing information and engaging with International Foundations on strategic policy issues.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to influence and navigate internal stakeholders. You will have a strong track record of building and nourishing successful donor partnerships with foundations in the humanitarian sector.
You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to work on detailed analyses while being result-oriented. You will also have experience working in the development and humanitarian sector, with a solid understanding of grant management and compliance requirements.
