Restaurant Partnership Development Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Restaurant Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Wolt. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with our key restaurant accounts in Denmark.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and account management, with experience engaging and negotiating with C-Level stakeholders. They will be passionate about leveraging analytics to derive insights around challenges and opportunities, coupled with experience in advanced Excel and other analytical BI-tools.

You will be responsible for spearheading strategic projects aimed at elevating the success of all Danish restaurant partners on Wolt's platform. This will involve identifying and harnessing opportunities for growth and enhanced operational efficiency, driving initiatives that benefit both our restaurant partners and end-users.

  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with key restaurant accounts in your portfolio.
  • Conduct insightful quarterly Business Reviews with partners, identify core needs, prioritize them based on business impact, and co-create viable solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage partners in meaningful growth strategy discussions to enhance profitability and explore expansion opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with restaurant partners.
Your Key Responsibilities:

You will also be responsible for introducing and implementing new Wolt product offerings strategically to extend partnerships and partner revenue streams. Additionally, you will propel revenue growth for Wolt and restaurant partners by enhancing venue performance through a data-driven methodology.

About You:

We are looking for a self-driven, reliable team player who can deliver results on time and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should have exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with an affinity for building lasting relationships. A strong sense of ownership and the ambition to go beyond the obvious are essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in business development and/or account management.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 120,000 - 150,000 DKK per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
